Okay now normally I wouldn't be so low to stoop and enter into a contest in such a fun and exciting way(because really how much free time do I have left? Nada).

But I cannot resist the lure of Tim Horton's(seriously that is like ah-maz-hing right there!) for, well free. So go check out this post on one my favorite new blogs.

ugh the FLU!

Sorry i have been absent, i had the FLU! it kicked my little behind. I think I died 3 or 4 times this week. its also been a crazy week. Tuesday was the Midget's birthday. so I will be posting a special post for that(it'll be here in a few).

Fight the Frump during that Meal Time Slump!

We all know how it goes, too much to do, too little time to do it. Since Fighting the frump is all about feeling faboulous! about yourself, you have to start with the basics. Like eating well! Now, tsk, tsk, I know it takes time to cook a good solid meal time that most of us can't always squeeze out during the week.

That is why I love the awesome book called Simply Salads. This book is truely awesome the whole idea is that when you are out grocery shopping you grab a bagged salad, a couple 'fancy' ingredients, toss 'em all together and VOILA! a good healthy piece for your meal!




Now lets think about it. How do you feel after you eat fast food? If you're anything like me you feel a bit guilty that you just put THAT into your body. I mean who really needs 80% of their daily salt intake in one meal?!
